This is an important notice for the withdrawal fees.
We do not charge any withdrawal fees from our clients.
You only have to pay 0.0005 BTC as a mining fee when making a withdraw.
However, once the mining fee is paid, it will be returned to you as MT5 credits, thus virtually no withdrawal (transfer) fees are charged.
As of October 1, 2020,
in order to maintain and improve our overall service and to provide our customers with a continuous and comfortable trading environment, we have made the following changes to our withdrawal fees.
Basically, there will be no withdrawal fee.
However, if the total amount deposited into the Bitterz Wallet is less than $100 and you have never made a transaction, we will charge you a withdrawal fee of $25 worth of BTC.
This withdrawal fee is not a mining fee, so it will not be credited to your MT5 account.
Except for the above situation, we will continue to provide the service with virtually no withdrawal fee forever.
