Today, we are pleased to announce the start of accepting applications for migration to GEMFOREX.

Bitterz, which began service on September 1, 2020, will terminate the service on May 1, 2023 (JST).

With the termination of Bitterz,
we are pleased to announce that GEMFOREX (https://gemforex.com/) will take the responsibility for transactions of all users.

Users who wish to migrate to GEMFOREX should apply for migration from the "Migration Application Page" on My Account of Bitterz.

*Notes
・It is necessary to match the registration information of Bitterz and GEMFOREX to complete the migration procedure.
・If you have a position, you cannot apply for migration.
・Please note that credit (bonus) is not eligible for migration.
・Cryptocurrency can’t be withdrawn at GEMFOREX. GEMFOREX only accepts bank transfer.
・Once the migration is complete, your membership will be cancelled from Bitterz. You cannot cancel the migration procedure and restore it.
・We do not support migration to GEMFOREX for IB partners.
