Today, we would like to inform you of the detailed procedure for applying for migration to GEMFOREX.
From December 1, 2022, we will start accepting applications for migration to GEMFOREX.

【Before applying for migration】

Before explaining the detailed procedure of the migration proceedings,
we would like to explain the notes regarding the migration application.

■ Regarding matching of registered information

In order to take over the Bitterz balance and migrate it to Gemforex,
it is necessary to match the registration information of Bitterz and Gemforex.
4 registration information that need to be matched
・Name (the order of the first and last name matches)
・Date of birth
・E-mail address
・Identity verification documents (the same approved ID and ID number)

● If you do not have a GEMFOREX account

The migration procedure requires a GEMFOREX account.
If you do not have a GEMFOREX account,
please register a new account in advance to process it relatively smoothly during migration application procedure.
If you have time, please register your new account at GEMFOREX in advance, until December 1
*Please wait until the approval of identity is completed.

When creating a new account, please register the same information as your Bitterz registration information.

■ If you have a position on Bitterz

Only users who do not have a position on Bitterz can apply for migration to GEMFOREX.
If you wish to migrate to GEMFOREX, please settle your position in advance by yourself.

■ About Bitterz Balance

The Bitterz balance (wallet and MT5) will be combined during the migration procedure and migrated to the GEMFOREX wallet account.
*Please note that credit (bonus) is not eligible for migration.
*Regarding the rate of each cryptocurrency and legal currency,
the rate will be fixed at the timing of integration on GEMFOREX, so it may differ from the rate at the time of migration.

■ How to withdraw at GEMFOREX

Cryptocurrency can’t be withdrawn at GEMFOREX.
GEMFOREX only accepts bank transfer.

■ When the migration to GEMFOREX is completed

Once the migration is complete, your membership will be cancelled from Bitterz.
You cannot cancel the migration procedure and restore it.


【Migration Application Procedure】

The detailed procedure for the migration application is as follows.

■ 1. Log in to My account of Bitterz

Please log in to My account of Bittez.

■ 2. Display the Migration Application Page

The migration application page for migrating to GEMFOREX will be displayed.

■ 3. Click on the Migration button

After checking the migration method and notes on migration,
and agreeing to start the migration procedure,
please check the checkbox and click the "Migration Application" button.

■ 4. Matching of registered information

● If the registration information matches

If the registration information matches the Bitterz account and GEMFOREX account without any problems,
A verification email regarding the migration application will be sent to your registered email address, so please check it.

● If you do not have a GEMFOREX account

If you do not have a GEMFOREX account,
the registration information cannot be matched, so please "register a new account".
A new registration information screen will be displayed, so please follow the guidance to register.
In addition, please register the following four items so that they match the registration information of Bitterz.

②Date of Birth

③E-mail Address

④It is necessary to match the same ID card and ID number.

It will also match if it has been approved. Please note that it will not be a match if your ID is pending approval by Bitterz.

If the registered information of your Bitterz account and your GEMFOREX account do not match,
the message "does not match" will be displayed.
Please follow the message displayed to change the registration information for each account.

If your registration information does not match
Please change the registration information of either your Bitterz account or your GEMFOREX account to match your registration information.

■ 5. Verification email regarding migration application

If the registered information matches the Bitterz account and the GEMFOREX account without any problems
A verification email regarding the migration application will be sent to your registered email address, so please check it.
The authentication URL is included in the verification email regarding the migration application.
Please click on the authentication URL to proceed with the migration process.

■ 6. Login screen (GEMFOREX)

The GEMFOREX login screen will be displayed, so please log in to My Account.

■ 7. Integrated screen display (GEMFOREX)

The integration screen will be displayed on the GEMFOREX website.

・Migration amounts

"Migration amount" will be displayed, so please check it.
*Regarding the rate of each cryptocurrency and legal currency,
the rate will be fixed at the timing of integration on GEMFOREX,
so it may differ from the rate at the time of migration.

・Select the account to be migrated

Please select which account you would like to migrate to.

■ 8. Click the integration button (GEMFOREX)

If there is no problem with the migration amount and the account to be migrated, please click the "integration button".

■ 9. Integration completed (GEMFOREX)

When the integration is completed successfully,
the message "Integration complete" will appear.

■ 10. Migration procedures completed

When the migration procedure to GEMFOREX is completed,
you will cancel the membership from the Bitterz service.
An email will be sent to your registered email address confirming that you have cancelled your membership from Bitterz, so please check it.
Also, please note that you will not be able to log in to My Page of Bitterz after cancellation membership from the service.
This completes the migration procedure.
