Thank you for your continued support of Bitterz.

Today, we would like to inform you of the schedule for the termination of Bitterz service.

As we recently announced on November 1 that Bitterz, which began service on September 1, 2020,
will terminate the service on May 1, 2023 (JST).

We inform you that we do not accept new registrations and opening of additional accounts from November 1.
Please refer to the following schedule for transactions of receiving party in the future and the service until the termination.

Please check the schedule and follow the procedures for position settlement, withdrawals, and transition respectively.

First of all, with the termination of Bitterz,
we are pleased to announce that GEMFOREX (https://gemforex.com/) will take the responsibility for transactions of all users.

・December 1, 2022 (JST)
Start of accepting applications for migration to GEMFOREX
(*The migration period to GEMFOREX is until January 31, 2023 (Tuesday)(JST))

*Note
We do not support migration to GEMFOREX for IB partners.

・January 5, 2023 (JST)
Suspension of deposits and fund transfers, new transactions of Bitterz

・January 31 (JST)
End of migration period to GEMFOREX
Bitterz positions forced termination(JST: 23:00 - 00:00)

・April 30 (JST)
Bitterz suspension of withdrawals

*Note
For users who don’t migrate to GEMFOREX, please withdraw your funds by April 30 (JST).
We also ask IB partners to withdraw their funds by April 30.
(Please have enough time to apply for withdrawal in advance.)

・May 1 (JST)
Bitterz: The service will be terminated if you can’t log in My Account and MT5
