How to install
Click the 'Download' button above to download the terminal.
If a message appears asking for permission to download, please click ' Yes'.
When the 'MetaTrader5.dmg' icon is displayed in the download folder, the download has been successfully completed.
*Depending on your computer settings, the icon may appear on your desktop.
Double click on the downloaded 'MetaTrader5.dmg' icon.
The following window will be displayed.
Copy the 'MetaTrader 5.app' icon into the 'Applications' folder.
*When you try to open the MT5 app, the following warning may be displayed.
In that case, click the application icon while holding the Control key and select Open from the shortcut menu.
The following message may also be displayed.
Please click 'Open'.
Double click 'MetaTrader 5.app' in the 'Applications' folder.
When MT5 starts and a window appears, the installation has been completed successfully!
How to login

After launching MT5, select the broker.
Right-click on 'Accounts' in the 'Navigator' window.
Then click on 'Open an Account'.
The 'List of brokers' will be displayed.
Enter 'Bitterz' in the search box and click on 'Find your broker'.
'Bitterz LLC' will be displayed.
Select 'Bitterz LLC' and click the 'Next' button.
The 'Open an account' page will be displayed.
Select 'Connect with an existing trade account'.
About 'Login / Password'
Check and enter the 'Account ID' and 'Initial password' in the account you have on My Account.
*If you do not have a trading account, you need to open a trading account from My Account first.

About 'Server'
To use a real account, select 'Bitterz-Live'.
To use a demo account, select 'Bitterz-Demo'.
After selecting and filling in all items, click the 'Finish' button.
After logging in, if you see moving numbers on the lower right of the window, your login is complete.
Add/Remove trading pairs

When you start MT5 for the first time, all trading instruments are not displayed.
You can display it in the additional settings.
Click on this icon in the top menu.
A list of instruments will be displayed.
'Crypto' on the left menu is cryptocurrency, and 'Synthetics' are the other trading pairs.
When you select each, the available instruments will be displayed in the right menu.
Select the instrument you want to display and click the 'Show Symbol' button.
If you want to disable, select the instrument and click the 'Hide Symbol' button to disable.
When you have decided which currency pairs you want to show or hide, click the 'OK' button at the bottom right.

On the transaction screen, click this icon in the upper menu.
If you move the cursor to 'Crypto' for cryptocurrency, a list of currently available currency pairs will be displayed.
Select the currency pair for which you want to display the chart.
You should be able to see the chart for the trading pair selected.
How to open an order

Double click on the symbol you want to buy or sell from the “Market Watch” on the upper left of the chart.
The Order screen will be displayed.

Make sure the trading pair you want to order is displayed in “Symbol”.
(You can simply change the symbol from the dropdown.)
Select an order from 'Type'.
Enter the amount of lots you want to open in 'Volume'.
After confirming the price, if you want to open a buy position, click the 'Buy' button.
If you want to open a sell position, click the 'Sell' button.
If the order is successfully opened, the details of the trade will be displayed in the bottom 'Trade' bar of the trading screen.
How to close an order

Select the 'Trade' bar at the bottom of the toolbox.
Your open positions should be displayed.
Double click the positions you want to close.
The position details should be displayed.
Click the 'Close' button after confirming the details of your position.
Select the 'History' bar at the bottom of the toolbox.
You should be able to see your closed position.
