For security reasons, we require all users to complete KYC in order to withdraw funds from your wallet.
Please submit one of the acceptable documents from My Account.
*You will also need to submit your ID to receive bonus credits.
The following documents are acceptable.
*Please note that we only accept identification documents in English.
Depending on the country, the location of the ID number varies.
Please enter the original ID number as it is written on your ID card.
The following is an example.
12-digit identification number
Passport number (alphabet and numbers)
16-digit ID number
Please take a picture of both the front and back of your ID and upload the image.

If the image is tilted or upside down, please retake the image and submit it.

For additional authentication, we will use your camera to scan your face.
Please follow the instructions on the Additional Authentication Page and use the camera on your device such as smartphone (mobile), or computer to scan your face.
Click on the 'Start Scanning' button.
If you want to scan with your smartphone (mobile), click on 'Or scan with your phone'.
It will turn to the 3D face scan screen.
Follow the instructions on the screen and move your head. Keep your hair out of your face and eyes.
If the scan goes well, you will complete the additional authentication.
KYC checks are performed by our verification team.
Results will be sent to your registered email address within 1 business day (except on weekends).
*Business Hours: Weekdays 10:00 am -5:00 pm (GMT+9)
You can also check the status from My Account.
If you see 'Denied', please see our comments and upload again.
KYC is complete when you see your status 'Approved'
