At Bitterz, we accept deposits in the following cryptocurrencies: BTC / ETH / USDT / USDC.
If you do not have any cryptocurrency listed above, please prepare in advance by using service of other companies.
*In case of ETH deposit, please note that there are some precautions.

Please select the desired cryptocurrency from 'BTC / ETH / USDT / USDC'.
About ETH / USDT / USDC deposits
If you are depositing ETH / USDT / USDC for the first time, you will need to create a wallet for each currency.
Click on the 'Creation of a wallet' button to do so.
It will take about 10 minutes to complete the wallet creation.
You will be notified by email when the wallet creation is complete.
*ETH / USDT / USDC wallets are for deposit only.
It is not possible to transfer funds from wallet to wallet or from MT5 account to wallet (ETH / USDT / USDC).
Transfer cryptocurrency to the deposit address in your Bitterz Wallet.
See the deposit page on My Account to find your deposit address.
Scan the QR code with your phone or tablet, or copy the deposit address displayed on the page.
Send your BTC to the specified wallet address. Make sure you are sending to the correct address.
Precautions for ETH Deposit
There are two types of methods for ETH transfer: 'Direct Transfer' and 'Transfer via Smart Contract'.
In the case of transfer via Smart Contract, we need to manually reflect the transfer.
If you wish to make a deposit via Smart Contract,
please contact our customer support with the following information.
・ETH deposit transaction ID (TXID)
*Please note that it may take some time for the transaction to be reflected in your account because it needs to be done manually.
Regarding how to check the type of ETH transfer.
There are two ways to confirm whether your ETH transfer from an external service is a 'Direct Transfer' or 'Transfer via Smart Contract'
・Contact the company that provides the service you use
Please contact the support of the service of the company you are using for transfer to confirm whether it is 'Direct Transfer' or 'Transfer via Smart Contract'.
・Confirm by yourself
Please enter your ETH transaction ID (TXID) at the following website to check whether you are making a 'Direct Transfer' or a 'Transfer via Smart Contract'.
1. Enter the transaction ID (TXID) of ETH in the search window to search.
2. If the word 'Contract' is found, the transfer is made via Smart Contract.
The minimum deposit amount is as follows.
Make sure that you are sending the right cryptocurrecy to the address.
Please note that we will not be able to deal with cases where you have the wrong cryptocurrency or to the wrong address.
In such cases, we will not be able to return the money to you, so please make sure you have the correct address before sending money.
ETH(Ethereum), USDT(Tether) and USDC(USD Coin) are only supported by ERC20 token.
If you transfer funds with other than ERC20 token, or if you transfer funds with less than the minimum deposit amount, we will not be able to refund your money.
Transactions may take longer than expected depending on the network congestion.
You will receive a confirmation email once your BTC has been sent to your Bitterz wallet.
In order to make a credit card deposit, you will need to verify your identity (submit identification documents and additional verification).
Go to My Account to verify your identity.

Submission of Identification documents
You must register your credit card information in order to make a credit card deposit.
Register your credit card details in the Credit Card Registration page on My Account.
We accept the following credit cards.
Enter your credit card details and upload an image of the front side of the card.
Your registered credit card will appear in the list.
We will review the information before you are able to use it.
Once the status is set to 'Approved', you will be able to make a deposit with that credit card.
Open the deposit page on My Account.
Select Credit card
Select if you would like to settle in JPY or USD.
* Available settlement currencies will depend on your card issuing company.
Only registered and approved credit cards can be selected.
Enter the credit card security code
Security code is a 'three or four-digit' number on the back or front of the credit card.
Number of digits and location of the code is different depending on the card issuing company .
Enter the amount you want to deposit.
Deposits to your wallet will be in BTC (Bitcoin).
Please check “the converted BTC amount” displayed.
Make sure that the information you have entered is correct on the confirmation page.
Click on the ‘Deposit’ button after confirmation.
Please note that it may take some time to complete the settlement process.
Do not click on the Deposit button multiple times.
When the credit card transaction is successfully completed, you will receive an email from your credit card company.
*The email about the completion of payment differs depending on each credit card company. Please check with your credit card company for details.
Please check the contents of the email, as well as your financial status and deposit history on My Account.
*Please note that credit card deposits are subject to a handling fee. Please be aware of this before proceeding.
